Pick a job, then open the customer drawing. You can switch between the two at any time.

Drop the customer drawing herePDF, TIFF, PNG or JPG. Scans and photos work too: they are read from the picture and every value is flagged for a check.

How it works

    Open the PDF. Dimensions and the title-block tolerances are read automatically.

    Check the list. Anything flagged yellow or red needs a look. Drag labels if they sit on a line.

    Export. The finished PDF is re-read and every inch value re-calculated on its own; the result is stamped as Verified by.

    Optional: a person reviews and signs with Verify PDF.

    Open the PDF. Dimensions, GD&T, finishes, angles and threads are found and ballooned in order.

    Check the list. Click a balloon to delete it or mark it checked; drag it to move it. Add balloon covers notes or anything missed.
  3. 3
    Export: the ballooned drawing (PDF, blue balloons with leader lines) and the inspection report (Excel, form QF1439) with inch nominal and limits, rechecked on their own.
